Terms
1. No Handling of Funds
Calcutta-Draft does not collect, hold, process, transfer, or distribute money or anything of value. Any financial arrangements between users are made privately, entirely outside the application, and are not facilitated, monitored, or enforced by Calcutta-Draft.
2. Nature of Service
Calcutta-Draft is a software tool for organizing tournament auctions and tracking scores. Calcutta-Draft is not a party to any pool, contest, or arrangement created using the application, does not set odds, and does not receive any fee, commission, or share based on pool participation or value.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Calcutta-Draft. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Responsibility for Legal Compliance
Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in any pool or contest complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Calcutta-Draft makes no representation that use of the application for any particular purpose is lawful in any location.
5. Commissioner Responsibility
The user who creates a pool ("Commissioner") is solely responsible for establishing its rules, managing participation, and resolving disputes. Calcutta-Draft has no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes between users.
6. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Calcutta-Draft to operate a commercial gambling enterprise, charge a fee or retain a portion of any pool, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
7. No Warranty
Calcutta-Draft is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Calcutta-Draft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any scores, results, or data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calcutta-Draft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, including any losses related to arrangements between users.
9. Account Termination
Calcutta-Draft may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
11. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Calcutta-Draft, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
